People and Balloons make for great photos and a great backdrop is asking for a social media share. There’s nothing better than seeing smily faces in front, behind or under them. When I build a wall or arch I never get to see the fun it leaves behind – but after a social media search here’s a hand full of pics.
You’ll notice above the popularity of rainbow colours for pride events. We followed the Pride parade around the UK on 2019 going rom city to city decorating banks, building societies and office receptions. The rainbow of colours really stand out when building walls & arches with balloons – they’re more effective than standing banners & posters.
The smaller indoor arches seen above were made with disposable frames so we didn’t need to return to each city to collect. Although this may seem less environmentally friendly we decided that burning fossil fuels driving up and down the UK would have been worse.
Electric vans are the way forward but currently in 2020 they don’t have the range – they’re more for last mile delivery. It’s frustrating as Tesla were building cars in 2012 that had a 300 mile range…. and in 2020 Mercedes launch a Vito with 93 miles (on a warm day).
