Purchasing and Returns

We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned must be in perfect condition. Refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of goods returned. Please note we do not offer a free returns service and all return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return items by registered post and retain proof of purchase. If you need to return any item to us please complete the Returns Form stating whether you require a refund or an exchange and enclose it with your parcel. Please return the parcel to:

On receipt of your parcel we will confirm refund or exchange within 2 weeks.

The right is reserved not to accept returned goods after 14 days or if goods are not in perfect condition. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Delivery

Orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be sent out within 7 working days. You will be advised at time of order, if a longer wait might be expected due to stock availability.

Your parcel will be sent out by Royal Mail Recorded or by Parcel Force, in both these cases your parcel will need to be signed for.

P & P includes packaging, outgoing insurance and carriage.

How to Order

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply select the items you require and add to your shopping basket, as you shop you can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on the ‘View Shopping Basket’. When your order is complete, click on ‘checkout’ and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.
